• Intensive half-year training plan – technical knowledge, soft skills (communication, assertivity, presentation), sales skills, car evaluation.
• Individual approach – coaching.
• Rotation training system (acquiring experience from various departments).
• Job/salary evaluation after completing the program. Range of placement options after successful completion and above-average evaluations.

• Technical education, secondary school, college or university along with at least one year of automotive-related work experience.
• Interest in car issues.
• Minimum of basic English (other languages are advantage).

• AAA AUTO closely cooperates with a wide range of schools.
• For universities (VŠE-Economics, ČVUT-Technical) we organize competitions enabling students to learn more about our company, and consider a future career with us.

2. School seminars

• Seminars are for final year students.
• Students learn how to seek future jobs more effectively (CV writing, interview behavior, etc.).
